This dedicated group helps our Members improve their financial lives, while guiding the Credit Union toward a stronger future. Please fill out the form below to request your application packet.

Board of Director Volunteer

Members who are elected to the Board of Directors serve as unpaid volunteers and must be available for monthly Board meetings as well as at least one monthly committee meeting. Most meetings are held at the Main Branch Office in Radcliff, Kentucky. Board members are expected to complete a Volunteer Achievement and Leadership Program composed of 51 educational modules and attend educational conferences each year. Travel expenses to meetings and conferences are reimbursed by the Credit Union.

Nominating Procedures for Board of Directors

Applications for Board of Directors positions are accepted by the Nominating Committee beginning in July each year. There are three Board of Directors positions to be filled annually. Any member in good standing and 18 years or older is eligible to serve as a Director. Completed application packets should be submitted to the Credit Union by August 15.

The Nominating Committee will review the applications and select candidates. Selected candidates will appear in the October edition of “The Cornerstone,” (our quarterly newsletter) and will be on the voting ballot, which is mailed to Members in January, if an election is required.
