Board of Directors

READY TO JOIN? LET'S GET YOU STARTED.

Our focus is always on you and your financial success.

Always looking out for your best interests

The Volunteers who dedicate their time as the Board of Directors, Associate Board Members and the Supervisory Committee at Abound Credit Union are actual Credit Union Members. They selflessly dedicate their time and expertise to serve the Members of Abound Credit Union and focus on doing what's right for Members, the Credit Union, and the Communities we serve.

Good people in your corner

Board of Directors

Unpaid and hard-working, they devote between 100 to 400 hours per year to monitor and direct Credit Union objectives and make sure decisions are always in the best interest of our Members.

Associate Board Members

These dedicated Volunteers offer their time to provide their expertise and participate in leadership discussions while they continue to learn about and prepare to serve within the full capacity of a voting Member of the Credit Union's Board of Directors.

Supervisory Committee

The Supervisory Committee provides oversight of the financial health of the Credit Union and ensures that Member's assets are safeguarded.

Our Members elect the Board of Directors

All Abound Members have the opportunity to vote for the nine Board of Director posts. Directors are unpaid, serve three-year terms and devote 100 to 400 hours annually to monitor the Credit Union's operations. The Board establishes organizational goals and oversees the general direction of Abound, in accordance with the Federal Credit Union Act, our bylaws, sound business practices and laws and regulations.
