Board of Directors

These volunteer leaders are elected to serve as your voice.

The people who set policy for Abound Credit Union aren’t employed by the Credit Union. In fact, they’re volunteers. These volunteers come from a wide range of backgrounds, with one common trait: they’re Credit Union Members, just like you.

You elect your Board of Directors

All Credit Union Members are presented the opportunity to vote in the nine Board of Directors. Each Board Director serves a three-year term. They’re not paid. They devote between 100-400 hours, per year, to monitor the Credit Union's operations. The group establishes organizational goals and oversees the general direction of Abound, in accordance with the Federal Credit Union Act, our bylaws, sound business practices, laws and regulations. The Board hires a President/CEO to implement their policies and take charge of day-to-day operations.
