Looking Forward - What's Happening?
We're completing required system upgrades to enhance credit union technology and provide opportunities to continue to enhance Member experience.
The system upgrade will start in the evening on Friday, May 29. The upgrade will be complete by the evening on Monday, June 1. Abound branches and the Member Engagement Call Center will close at 4pm ET on Friday, May 29 and remain closed on Saturday, May 30 and Monday, June 1.

All Abound Branches and Member Engagement Call Center will open for regular hours on June 2.
Most importantly, please confirm that Abound has your current cell phone number on file. It's helpful to know your Abound Member Number and Social Security Number.

Finding your Abound Member Number in Digital Banking is easy:
  1. Log in to Digital Banking
  2. Find Primary Checking or Primary Savings from your account list
  3. Click on Details & Settings
Starting June 2, you'll need to enroll as a first-time user in Digital Banking. If you only use the desktop version of Digital Banking, you'll need to enroll as a first-time user by clicking on the "First time user? Enroll now." link at the bottom of the dialogue box. If you use Digital Banking through the mobile app, you must first download our new app by searching "Abound Credit Union Mobile" in your Apple App or Google Play Store.

Then, you'll need your Abound Member Number, Social Security Number, current cell phone number, and email address to enroll as a first-time user in the new app and Digital Banking.

Please note - your previous credentials will not work to log into the new Digital Banking platform and app prior to enrolling. You must enroll as a first-time user before being able to use the new Digital Banking platform.
During the Upgrade - Accessing and Using Your Account
Abound Debit Cards, Credit Cards and ATMs will remain available as normal during the upgrade. You can access cash through the ATM by using your Debit and ATM Cards.
Digital Banking will be unavailable starting May 29 at 4pm ET through June 2 at 8am ET.
Yes, you will still be able to use your ATM/Debit Card as normal during the upgrade.
Yes, you will still be able to use your Visa Credit Card as normal during the upgrade.
There is no need to re-enroll in Bill Pay. Once you've enrolled as a first-time user for the Digital Banking experience, you will see your Bill Pay. Please take a moment to review your payees. In most cases, Bill Pay transactions will be exactly as expected, and no action is needed. However, there may be a rare instance that an item did not transfer. After downloading the new app, and enrolling, we recommend double-checking that all Bill Pay transactions are set up the way you expect.
All transfers setup within Digital Banking will remain in the new Digital Banking.
No, direct deposit will not be impacted. Through Abound's Get Paid Early program, direct deposits are normally available up to two days early. This will be unchanged.
Yes. All branches will close at 4pm ET on Friday, May 29 and will remain closed through Monday, June 1. We will reopen at normal time on Tuesday, June 2.
Our Member Engagement Call Center will be unavailable beginning May 29 at 4pm ET through June 1. We will reopen the Member Engagement Call Center on Tuesday, June 2 at normal time.
No. All information will be transferred to ensure your Direct Deposits and automatic payments are processed.
Yes. Your current checks will remain usable.
No. Your current Debit and Credit Cards will work as normal.
Automatic payments will not be impacted. Starting, June 2, we encourage you to double check the setup of your automatic payments to ensure accuracy.
Recurring automatic payments setup in Digital Banking will not be impacted. Any payments scheduled between May 29-June 1 will be sent by June 2.
Yes. Applications will be processed on June 2.
Yes. Applications will be processed on June 2.
Yes. You will be able to access cash by using your Debit or ATM Cards through Abound ATMs.
No. Your routing number will remain the same.
Digital Banking FAQs
Yes. Abound is bringing you a completely new Digital Banking experience. You will need to enroll as a first-time user in the new system by clicking the link at the bottom of the dialogue box that says "First time user? Enroll now." and set up your new credentials. Please note that your previous credentials will not work in the new Digital Banking, you must enroll as a first-time user to log in. If you use Digital Banking on your phone, please download our new app by searching "Abound Credit Union Mobile" in your Apple App or Google Play Store.

Then, you'll need your Abound Member Number, Social Security Number, current cell phone number, and email address to re-enroll.
Yes. With the new system, your digital banking profile will automatically show all of the accounts you own at Abound.

To get started, you'll need at least one account where you are the Primary Owner and you must use that account to register for Abound's Digital Banking.

After you log in using that primary account, all other Abound accounts you have ownership of will automatically be added to your profile.
No. Transaction alerts will need to be reset after you enroll as a first-time user in Digital Banking.
You'll need your Abound Member Number, your Social Security Number, your cell phone number and email address. Please make sure this information is correct in Abound's records by May 29. You can do this by logging into your current Digital Banking platform, stopping by a branch or calling the Member Engagement Call Center.
Yes! You'll still be able to deposit checks conveniently through the new Digital Banking platform.
Yes, Credit Card payments may still be made through Digital Banking once you enroll as a first time user.
Voice Banking FAQs
Yes. Our Voice Banking system will also be enhanced.
The first time you call Voice Banking after June 2, you will be prompted to reset your personal identification number (PIN).
Statement FAQs
Digital Statements will still be available through Digital Banking.
Yes. You'll see prior statements housed in your Digital Banking platform.
